Requirements :

- Degree Holder
- Possess M9, M5 & Health Insurance qualification
- At least 3 years relevant experience preferably in Group Employee Benefits business
- Customer-orientated and can build good and strong working relationship with intermediaries/direct clients
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- High energy with strong drive and able to work independently
- Good operational experience in Group Employee Benefit business would be an advantage

Other Criteria :

- Responsible for new business and in-force business to meet growth and retention targets with personal target via the assigned distribution channels
- Provide quotations for prospective new policies and cross-sell new covers to intermediaries
- Review, recommend and negotiates renewal terms and issue renewal invitation letters for existing policies which are expiring
- Service and handle intermediaries/direct clients enquiries on Group Insurance EB products coverage
- Build strong and good working relationship with intermediaries to grow NB and conserve existing renewal cases
- Ensure timely submission of data to Business Processing for their setting up a new business policy issuance and/or for renewal billings
- Undertake projects to improve the products and communication with intermediaries and direct clients as assigned from time to time
