Admin Support (Temp)

Requirements :

- Diploma Holder
- 1 to 2 years experience in Contact/Call Centre
- Good Customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office



Other Criteria :

- Managing hotlines and emails for Group Insurance
- Monitor calls to improve quality, minimise errors
- Preparation of renewal invitations for Group Insurance
- Performing PEP checks in accordance to Compliance requirements.
- Assist the Team Lead in tracking of performance targets, based on specific internal KPIs
- Assist the Team Lead in other duties as assigned by the Team Lead/Head of Operations
