Requirements :

- Degree holder with insurance professional qualifications
- At least 1 year working experience in the insurance industry
- Good technical knowledge of Life & Health Insurance
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels
- Computer literate
- Good team player and customer oriented

Other Criteria :

- Provide services to intermediaries/ clients on claims for retail health and individual life claims
- Training and leading 1-2 claims assistants, deciding claim settlement, approving Life & Health claims within authority limit, and assisting the senior executive and managers in team operation management
- Working closely with CPF board to manage MyShield claims
- Ensure proper documentation on claims and procedural adherence to claims management requirements
