Requirements :

- Degree holder in Business, Marketing Communication or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of marketing and project management experience, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry
- Good negotiation, written and communication skills, and bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Independent and a good team player who is able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving capability as well as attention to details
- Able to work well under pressure and ability to multi-task and cope with tight deadlines
- Ability to manage advertising and creative agencies effectively in the development of marketing collaterals
- Proficient in MS Office Applications - Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Other Criteria :

- Plan and execute creative marketing communications campaigns to create product awareness and raise interest amongst consumers for Life and Accident & Health insurance products
- Develop and manage consumer promotion strategies to drive business sales
- Manage and monitor budgeting, logistics, operations and statistic reporting of each marketing and promotion campaigns to determine efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop product marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, mailers, sales kits to support agency sales efforts
- Monitor and analyse competitive marketing activities within the industry
- Engage and work closely with internal stakeholders – Business units, Compliance, Corporate Communications, Actuarial, Legal and other supporting departments
- Engage and manage external partners such as business partners, creative & media agencies, vendors for favourable business terms
