Requirements :

- A diploma qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to perform quantitative and qualitative evaluations
- Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Bilingual and has ability to speak local dialects is an added advantage
- Results orientated and a great team player
- Able to conduct and execute training / workshops and organise agency related events
- Ability to carry oneself confidently
- Working experiences in insurance industry, sales related jobs or coaching will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Agency sales & structure, financial services and products



Other Criteria :

- Support in work improvement processes and techniques to ensure overall smooth execution of Agency Admin Support operations
- Assist and prepare the Sales Performance Tracking Reports for Dept Head, Section Heads and Cluster VPs (or Business Development Managers) in the course of their work
- Manage and support on agency related issues such as complaints, appeals, requests of planners pertaining to course & examination registrations and course administration, etc
- Ensure and maintain a good working relationship with various Profit Centers, the rest of the Distribution Division departments and Field Force in a cordial and close working relationship in attaining our Company Yearly goals
- Assist in the recruitment initiatives and interviews
- Assist in management and monitoring of key departmental projects
