Requirements :

- University graduate with at least 3 years in the financial services industry with compliance/audit experience preferred
- Good knowledge of MAS and FAA rules and regulations
- Professional Qualifications preferred eg FChFP, CFP, ChFC, CMFAS Modules 5,8,9, HI, FNA, CGI
- Analytical, meticulous and capable problem-solver
- Self-motivated, initiative and independent
- Committed and hard working
- Fluent communicator
- Bilingual
- Excellent written skills

Other Criteria :

- Provide advice to business on regulatory requirements and general compliance matters
- Vet all product related materials to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Provide advice on regulatory requirements regarding product distribution issues
- Conduct compliance examination to assess and monitor that the business operates within internal and external rules
- Identify key risk and compliance indicators and devise monitoring mechanism to mitigation/control measures
Prepare management report on compliance matters
- Conduct compliance training
