Training & Competency Development Executive

Nationality     :    Singaporean/PR

Requirements :

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Prior experience in Training, Competency Framework Development and User Acceptance Testing is required
- Knowledge in Banking / Financial Services Industry
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



Other Criteria :

Competency Framework
- Review and maintain competency standards set out in the C&C manual
- Validate competencies of the Distribution Force through PWP Reviews and random audits
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures to support effective implementation of sales/fact-find/financial advisory process
- Maintain registers/logs for PWS Enhancements
- Support Technical Knowledge Assessments (TKA)
Practice Standards
- Advocate quality business sales/fact-find/financial advisory process
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on competency development
- Develop supporting materials pertaining to financial advisory process, eg. Help & Reference Manual for PWS, PWP, PWP Assessment Checklist, etc
Training / UAT
- Conduct agency presentations on quality business to drive KPI
- Conduct Training & UAT on PWS
- Conduct Training and Coaching on ACMS
