Requirements :

- At least 1 year experience as a Business Support or User Acceptance User Tester in a Life insurance or Healthcare insurance or Unit Trust / Fund management environment OR 1 year experience in projects’ work or change within a project or operational environment OR at least 3 yrs experience in Insurance / Unit Trust business Operations environment or equivalent
- Operational experience in Life400/CM400/ Elixir or Web based core business applications is an added advantage
- Able to manage personal workload / added tasks given
- Strong team player with desire to contribute knowledge

Other Criteria :

Business Requirements Definition:

• Understand business needs, identify user requirements & review business requirement documentation to ensure that they are taken into account in system enhancements
• Provide signoff when required
• Work closely with Business Support Executives / Team Lead who would be coordinating with the Business Analyst on the business requirements

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Training:

• Translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing
• Prepare test plans / review test plans for inclusions of test scenarios & test cases
• Coordination of UAT for new product launches, projects & system enhancements
• Develop, plan & coordinate UAT test plans
• Regular UAT progress updates to Team Lead / Manager
• Documentation of workflow procedures for users
• Provide system & workflow training to processing staff, when necessary
• Report and update issue log on operations, UAT related activities / support
