- Diploma/Degree holder with insurance professional qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the insurance industry
- Good technical knowledge of Life & Health Insurance
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels
- Computer literate

Other Criteria :

- Provide claims handling service to clients and intermediaries
- Assist in running claims daily operations and in managing claims staff
- Ensure all claims documentation and procedures adhere to claims management requirements
- Ensure proper work discipline and staff management
