Requirements :

- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in insurance sales, marketing or product development
- Good understanding of ILP products

Other Criteria :

- To identify new markets or needs and develop new ILP products to help meet the company’s sales and profitability objectives
- To review and manage the existing products for adherence to key performance metrics of profitability, marketability and competitiveness. This includes enhancement, repackaging or promotions of existing products
- Responsible for testing new product concepts with distribution channels and/or consumers to meet the company's objectives in generating sales and creating market leadership with innovative products
- Responsible for initiating, planning and executing marketing and promotional activities of ILP products for customers and distribution
- Responsible for resolving all pre and post functional implementation issues and manage the product launch rollout process to ensure that product is launched successfully and on time
- Responsible for developing and presenting business and marketing plan
- Train staffs on ILP product knowledge
