Secretary cum Administrator

Requirements :

- LCCI Private Secretary Certificate or Diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Excellent communication ability, both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to details while maintaining a clear overview of key issues
- Ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented and resourceful
- Can-do attitude



Other Criteria :

- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Marketing Officer’s (CMO) Office
- Manage and maintain CMO’s calendars, schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel related logistics, i.e. flight and hotel bookings, airport transfers, travel itineraries and visa applications
- Set up and maintain filing system
- Prepare and submit expense claims, i.e. travel, transport, entertainment, etc
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by CMO
- Provide administrative support to the department as and when required.
