Requirements :

- Life insurance background - insurance executive or insurance sales consultant
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous, diligient and able to multi-task
- Creative, inquisitive, resourceful, passionate and a good team player

Other Criteria :

- Carry out market research including keeping track, compiling and analyse competitors’ new products and product enhancements.
- Translate product ideas and concepts into product collaterals, including Product Write-up for internal system setup, Product Information Pack and Product Information Sheet to sales force.
- Drive new product development and product enhancements that can help to meet department financial targets.
- Follow through and monitor timeline regarding implementation of new products and enhancements
- Prepare presentation materials for Product Development Committee (PDC) meeting, Product Focus Groupdiscussions and product launches.
- Review product materials including policy contract, benefit illustration and product summary, marketing brochure and sales kit to ensure consistency with product intent.
- Assist in the conceptualisation of marketing strategies and follows through as a liaison for marketing materials
