Requirements :

- Degree holder with 3 years of working experience in training, insurance sales or business development
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong presentation skills
- Result focused
- Excellent team player with ability to work with minimum supervision

Other Criteria :

- Undertake a pro-active “Relationship Manager” role to strategic distribution partners
- Provides training and coaching to the sales staff
- Monitor daily sales and pending cases
- Work with Underwriters on appeal cases
- Conduct Market Intelligence and Research
- Organise product launches and post-launch sales clinics
- Lead or participate in adhoc projects
- Monitor Sales Challenge progress
- Organise Incentive Trips
