Requirements :

- A good degree in Marketing or Business administration
- Minimum 10 years of marketing and project management experience
- Strong marketing communication experience with an ability to develop marketing campaigns, especially in financial/ insurance marketing
- In a leadership position for at least 2 years with the ability to motivate a team of staff and guide them towards attaining their respective job goals & that of the assigned business units/campaigns and keeping to each campaign deadline and budget

Other Criteria :

- To lead the Integrated Marketing Communications team towards achieving thegoals set for all marketing communications and promotional campaigns.
- Steer marketing campaigns and the team toward customer centricity and ensure alignment with corporate branding.
- Oversee, manage and develop marketing communications initiatives for achievement of defined corporate and business goals in support of all business units in the organization.
- Monitor and analyse competitive marketing activities within the industry.
- Conceptualize, develop and execute consumer promotions, marketing campaigns, strategic events and sales incentives to drive new business sales
- To monitor and consolidate all customer touch points to ensure that they are being optimized
- To work well with internal departments, especially business units – Life Agency, Accident & Health, General Insurance & Life Bancassurance and ensure campaigns have been implemented in an effective and efficient manner
- To ensure that all campaigns are tracked and in compliance with all regulatory regulations and guidelines
